Erect scaffolding for safe working access
Slates that have failed to be removed
Lead tingle to be fixed to batten
Slates to be resecured by tingle
Scrape back old flaking paint to affected areas
Paint Black with masonry emulsion provided from Customer
Clear all foliage that can be reached from scaffolding
Take Guttering down and set aside for reuse
Remove Rotten Fascia board
Put new and treated 6X1 Fascia board back up
Put guttering back up with the correct fall
Install GRP Drips to one side of the shed only
From the drip back 1M Apply Fix-R acryl to seal the drips
